Telltail signs there’s a kitten in the house
Silvershine, our new Ragdoll, joined the family on September 2018. Here he is helping with the dishes.
- You have to tie your shoelaces in double knots to keep from tripping
- The toilet paper roll is empty and its contents are on the floor
- The vertical blinds you open mindlessly each morning won’t turn with the wand
- The word you use most often is “no,” followed quickly by “get down.”
- Your ankles are encircled by tiny red marks
- You are on the floor doing sit-ups when a small lump lands kamikaze style on your stomach
- You move your wastebasket from the floor to the top of your desk to keep it from tipping over
- Your early morning meditation and yoga time has become a game of fetch with a foil ball
Oh, and you don’t do any writing for a month!
